Glitter/Epoxy Cups are Stainless Steel tumblers, the base is painted then glitter or pigments added, then sealed with epoxy glass coating. Turn around is usually longer. 

Sublimation Cups are Stainless Steel tumblers, the base is coated with a substance that allows you to bake an image permanently into the cup. Turn around is a lot quicker.
